• In the second version, we include the tweaks you have sent us. As we have made the changes you requested, the 2nd version is usually the final version. In case of minor changes, re-rendering is usually not a problem, but in case of drastic changes, there may be an extra charge. furniture changes, exterior color changes etc. When going into a contract, it's crucial to have the final drawings and designs chosen to ensure that the 2nd version we produce closely matches what you want.
