Job Responsibilities:

• To provide close administrative support and assist the Director / VP in managing day-to-day operations.
• Capture Minutes of the Meeting during the Team meetings, prepare Agenda.

• At least 5 years of project management in with a web development firm (other areas of project management WILL NOT be considered).

Job description:

We are looking for a Visualization Quality Manager to join our Architectural 3D Rendering Team. The Visualization Quality Manager will assist in the daily management of the 3D visualization pipeline (getting client projects completed through our 3D pipeline via our rendering partners), quality assurance on the 3D Renderings, and support to the business stakeholders requesting renderings. In this role, you'll work closely with the 3D Rendering Team, supporting the company's core design product and ensure a delightful experience for every client that we serve. You'll help define and manage the pipeline of work which will include a substantial volume of executable tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

General

• Support the 3D Rendering team in ramping up the number of 3D renderings we produce each month through our growing offshore rendering partners.
• Assist in creating a network of Architectural 3D Rendering, Virtual Tour Freelancers.
• Manage many simultaneous tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Operations

• Manage the flow of newly finished client renderings and client coordination for 3D Projects.
• Ensure our offshore 3D partners have all relevant information they need to successfully render each client design.
• Publish standards to our 3D partners and ensure comprehension and compliance against those standards.
• QC 3D Renderings once complete and provide feedback to partners and make adjustments to those not meeting standards.
• Meet 3D rendering production goals each month.

Project Management

• Follow currently defined 3D production pipeline.
• Proper Documentation & Record of all 3D Rendering Projects including client feedback, QC Reports, Freelancers Report, Status of projects.

Key Job Qualifications:

• 6-7+ years of experience working for Architectural 3D Rendering Quality Check.
• Expert in Exterior, Interior Rendering, Virtual Tours, Pano 360 images.
• Able to research on NEW PLUGINS AND WAY TO CREATE HYPER REALISM IMAGES.
• Research on new software like unreal engine, corona render, twin motion, etc.
• Outstanding individual and team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
• A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by your manager.

Job description:

We are looking for a Marketing automation specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like Drip campaigns, Email/SMS campaigns and Push channel campaigns, etc., and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the execution of marketing campaigns from beginning to end from daily design/development to audience building, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
• Assist in the execution/updates for the triggered email program, make recommendations for additional triggers, and customer journeys.
• Create end to end flow for drip campaigns.
• Grow email subscriber list organically.
• Measure results and optimize the marketing process.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience optimizing email marketing and re-engagement campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trigger logic.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators (Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Mix-panel, and Demo preferred).
• Moderate HTML coding ability related to email programming and template building.
• Familiarity with connected content calls, APIs, and SDKs.
• Experience managing SMS and push notifications preferred.
• Must have experience in marketing automation tools (e.g. Active campaign, Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc).
