JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with tradeshow/event logistics and shipping
  • Organize shipment of promotional materials and equipment for trade shows and presentations
  • Coordinate pre-event marketing to trade show attendees, including email and direct marketing
  • Order and maintain a supply of promotional materials for shows and other events.
    Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Coordinates exhibitor services (e.g., utility forms, material handling, etc).
  • Researches and identifies potential venues (including site visits), vendors and services.
  • Develops and evaluates requests for proposal for potential venues, vendors, and services.
  • Responsible for the refurbishment and maintenance of exhibit booths.
  • Responsible for the inventory and maintenance of booth and event materials located at our warehouse
  • As scheduled, serves as booth host/hostess for trade shows.

DESIRED SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 1-3 years of trade show /events  execution experience
  • 1-3 direct trade show experience. This position will primarily handles trade shows
  • Exhibit house experience and/or large booth sets ups
  • Expert in power point and excel (knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookup)
  • Good command in English and mandarin is priority
  • Proactive, cheerful and pleasant personality are essential
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for a 3d Visualizer Team Lead who will work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients. He will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company.

To understand the brief & thought to produce creative / innovative and original designs & deliver results in stipulated time frame. Good combination of technical knowledge in Photoshop/Corel Draw/ illustrator/ 3D Max/Maya. Production Knowledge of Stage Designs, print production. Provide creative inputs to various projects assigned. Sketching skills are always a added bonus. Openness to pick up new skills and adapt to changing requirements.

Work on number of high profile architectural and interior projects ranging from IT Campus, Corporate Office Buildings, Commercial Complex, Retail Malls, through to Residential Apartments Complex, townships and Group Housing projects, Star Hotels and Resorts. Prepare 3D renderings, Walk-though , Colour renderings of Plans, using available softwares like 3Ds MAX etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Modeling, lighting and texturing visuals from still single images to animation of buildings.
  • Participate in design development, developing visualization methods and techniques, working methods and images libraries.
  • Expert with 2D & 3D softwares:
    • AutoCAD,
    • Revit,
    • Adobe Photoshop,
    • Sketch Up,
    • 3Ds Max,
  • 5 + years of experience in the architectural visualization,
  • Ability to work independently to photo composite, model, animate and render highly realistic environments.
